Content: RESOLVED That the Transport Board: 1.    reviewed and commented on the attached report; 2.    approved the draft Greater Lincolnshire Enhanced Partnership Board Terms of Reference (Appendix A); 3.    approved the Implementation Plan (Appendix B), which set out high?level milestones for a Greater Lincolnshire Enhanced Partnership, including a Bus Service Improvement Plan and Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme(s), and requested that a progress report be submitted to the next meeting on 1 July 2026; and 4.    approved the publication of a notice of intention to create a Greater Lincolnshire Enhanced Partnership in 2026/27.
