Content: Programme to replace certain vehicle in fleet that have come to the end of their economical lifecycle.  RESOLVED that Cabinet:-   (i)            Approves the fleet management programme 26/27 and gives approval to begin the procurement process of replacement fleet assets in advance of the year they will be delivered. Given the extended lead times associated with procurement and vehicle acquisition, it is essential to initiate the procurement process promptly to mitigate operational risks and ensure continuity of service;   (ii)          Approve the detailed indicative £17.754M capital vehicle replacement and disposal programme for the next MTFS period – 2026-2029, subject to annual fleet management programme updates; and   (iii)         Approve the fleet management revenue programme totaling £8.200M for 2026-27.
