Content: Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Executive Resolved to:- ·       Agree and adopt the proposed Equality Objectives for Somerset Council from 2026 - 2030. ·       Request Directors to identify further actions to support the identified Objectives. ·       Agree and adopt the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. ·       Agree and adopt the revised Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) template and guidance document. ·       Agree to receive an annual review of the equality objectives and outcomes.
