Purpose:

Content: The Chair thanked Chris Hall for the presentation, this is a flagship project for the County, areas still to be confirmed but everything is on track.   Will consider bringing back to the committee again in future to understand how this is working post business case submission – approximately September/October for the new Climate, Environment and Place Scrutiny Committee work programme.   Request for a future all-member briefing so members know who to talk to about these issues once changes have taken place as this impacts all Councillors not just those on this committee.
