Purpose: The report seeks approval for the delivery model of the Crisis & Resilience Fund (CRF) for 2026/27, replacing the Household Support Fund from April 2026. CRF provides £5.65m annually for three years to deliver crisis support, resilience services and community coordination. The proposals set out transitional voucher arrangements, application-based crisis payments, and targeted outreach using Low-Income Family Tracker (LIFT) data, in line with Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) guidance.
