Purpose: To advise Cabinet on the feedback received from stakeholders arising from informal consultation regarding the formalisation of specialist support bases.

Content: RESOLVED that:-   (a)     Cabinet note the feedback from the four-week informal (non-statutory) consultation that took place between 12th January and 6th February 2026; and (b)     Cabinet permit the publication of Statutory Proposals on 9th April 2026 to formalise (make permanent) the Specialist Support Bases at Newsham and Cambois Primary Schools only, and Seaton Sluice First School.
