Purpose:

Content: Cllr Barrett MOVED and Cllr Worsfold SECONDED the recommendations in the report.  A vote was taken by a show of hands and it was RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY to:   R1. Approve the allocation of the £1,000,000 Priority Community Project Reserve to the eight one off Priority Community Projects set out in paragraph 1.3 of the report.   R2. Delegate authority to the relevant Director(as set out in paragraph 1.3 of the report) in consultation with the s151 Officer to undertake all necessary steps to deliver the Priority Community Projects including finalising project scopes, approving detailed business cases and procuring any necessary works.   R3. To approve the principle of the proposed additional priority projects as set out in paragraph 1.4 of the report, subject to further funding being identified and a report being brought to a future meeting of the relevant committee for consideration.
