Purpose: Report to approve the terms of reference for the GECCA

Content: The report sought approval for the terms of reference of the Nominating Body for non constituent district tier representative for the shadow arrangements for the Greater Essex Combined County Authority.   Cllr Aspinell MOVED and Cllr Worsfold SECONDED the recommendations in the report.  A vote was taken by a show of hands and it was RESOLVED to:   R1. That Council approve the Terms of Reference for the nominating body for non constituent members of the Greater Essex Combined Authority (GECCA) set out in Appendix A of the report.   R2 The Council agrees to give delegated authority to the Chief Executive to take any appropriate action in consultation with the Leader of the Council.
