Content: (a)      That the application to vary the Premises Licence of the Hawk and Buckle, Llanefydd be granted as follows:   (i)        Sale of alcohol (Sunday) – 12:00hrs to 00:00hrs (ii)      Sale of alcohol (Monday to Saturday) – 10:00hrs to 00:00hrs (iii)     Hours open to the public (Sunday to Monday) – 10:00hrs to 01:00hrs (iv)     New Years Eve sale of alcohol – 12:00hrs to 01:00hrs (v)      New Years Eve premises opening times – 12:00hrs to 02:00hrs     (b)      That the variation be granted subject to the usual Mandatory conditions and the conditions proposed by the Applicant as set out in the Management Plan document, which shall also be attached to the Licence.
