Purpose: This report seeks Cabinet Member approval to allocate and release a further £25,000 of Section 106 planning obligations to complete the project to install new prefabricated changing facilities at the Bayham Sports Ground. The report also proposes a change to source of the Section 106 funds to make best use of the monies held by the council with respect to the expiry date of contributions held.
