Purpose:

Content: The Committee considered the Risk Register.   Sherief Loutfy introduced the report and indicated that there had been no changes to the Risk Register since the last report to Committee. The latest payment from MWM had been received on time and business continued as usual.   In the ensuing debate, the following points were made:   ·         It was queried when the risk associated with the acquisition of MWM’s parent company would be removed from the Register. Sherief Loutfy commented that it was safer from a risk management point of view to keep this risk on the Register to ensure that it continued to be monitored ·         Members of the Committee agreed that there were no matters of concern to be drawn to the attention of Council.   RESOLVED that:   a)    The risks set out in the Risk Register be noted; and   b)   There were no matters of concern to report to Council.
