Content: The Cabinet will be asked to adopt a new Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), which has been subject to consultation. Resolved:   That:   1.           The schedule of responses and proposed amendments to the consultation draft Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document, as set out in Appendix 1 to Report number CAB/WS/26/019, be noted.   2.           The Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document, as contained in Appendix 2 of Report number CAB/WS/26/019, be approved for adoption.   3.           Delegated authority be given to the Head of Planning, in consultation with both the Portfolio Holder for Planning and the Portfolio for Housing, to make any presentational improvements or minor non-material changes to the document as necessary prior to publication.
