Purpose:

Content: AGREED: that the following be approved:   a.  To abandon the existing procurement process for the Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Equipment and Infrastructure for the Control and Management of traffic and related services.   b.  To commence a new procurement process to invite tenders for the Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Equipment and Infrastructure for the Control and Management of traffic and related services   c.   the evaluation criteria of cost 60%, quality 30%, social value 10%.   To obtain the necessary approval of the Director of Frontline Services as set out above so the procurement process can be commenced.
