Content: AGREED: that the attached Instrument of Government be revised in accordance with The Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Management Committees etc.) (Wales) Regulations 2014. ·  Legislation requires that where agreement is reached between the local authority and the management committee on a variation to an instrument of government, the local authority must vary the instrument of government accordingly.   ·  A new instrument of government will therefore be required for Bryn Y Deryn Pupil Referral Unit and the groups of units within it.
