Content: Appendix A to this report is exempt from publication because it contains information of the kind described in paragraph 14 of Schedule 12A, Part 4 of the Local Government Act 1972.   AGREED: that the purchase be approved of one four-bedroom property and one five-bedroom property originally designated as open market sales units from Wates Residential for use as council dwellings, and an increase be allowed from the original contract sum owing to various contract instructions. To meet a specialist housing need in the local area and acquire additional family accommodation.
