Content: AGREED: that the attached Instruments of Government be revised according to The Government of Maintained Schools Wales Regulations 2005 and The Federation of Maintained Schools (Wales) Regulations 2014. ·Legislation requires that where agreement is reached between the local authority and the governing body on a variation to an instrument of government, the local authority must vary the instrument of government accordingly.   ·New Instruments of Government will therefore be required for Ysgol Cynefin and The Western Learning Federation
