Purpose: To present the West Lancashire Inclusive Economic Development Strategy 2026 – 2031 and seek approval for its adoption.

Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Director of Planning, Economy & Wellbeing, as contained on pages 55 to 132 of the Book of Reports, which presented the West Lancashire Inclusive Economic Development Strategy 2026 – 2031 and sought approval for its adoption.   RESOLVED:   A.    That the West Lancashire Inclusive Economic Development Strategy 2026–2031, at Appendix 1 to the report, be approved.   B.    That delegated authority be granted to the Director of Planning, Economy and Wellbeing, in consultation with the relevant Lead Member, to make any minor final amendments to the document prior to publication.
