Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Director of Housing & Environment, as contained on pages 133 to 158 of the Book of Reports, which set out the details of proposed investment in the refurbishment of Delf House, Skelmersdale as phase 1 of the implementation of the Council's approved Accommodation Strategy.   RESOLVED:   A.    That the proposed investment in Delf House, Skelmersdale, as set out in the report, be approved.   B.    That the Director of Housing and Environment be given delegated authority to take all necessary steps and actions and to procure and enter such contracts that are required to deliver the scheme.
