Added 22 December 2025 That Cabinet:   1)    APPROVED the Leicester and Leicestershire Statement of Common Ground relating to Housing Distribution under the new Standard Method and DELEGATED AUTHORITY to the Director for Place and Prosperity to sign the Statement of Common Ground on behalf of the Council.   2)    APPROVED the Leicester and Leicestershire Statement of Common Ground relating to Strategic Warehousing Need (December 2025) and DELEGATED AUTHORITY to the Director for Place and Prosperity to sign the Statement of Common Ground on behalf of the Council.
