This effectively will continue the existing Delegation Agreement.   Added 24 December 2025 That Cabinet APPROVED delegation of the Council’s statutory Building Control Service to the Leicestershire Building Control Partnership (LBCP) and AUTHORISED the Director for Place and Prosperity to sign the final version of the draft Letter of Comfort attached at Appendix A to the report, effectively continuing the Delegation Agreement approved at Council on 16 December 2021.
