Content: To extend the current contracts with OCO Ltd and Smith & Byford Ltd whilst a new procurement exercise is carried out and completed 1.  That the variation of the Heating and Water Contract A (north of the borough) to OCO Ltd to extend the term of the contract for a period of one year from 1 April 2026 at an estimated sum of £10.7million, be approved.   2.  That the variation of the Heating and Water Contract B (south of the borough) to Smith & Byford Ltd to extend the term of the contract for a period of one year from 1 April 2026 at an estimated sum of £12.6million, be approved.
