Purpose: To advise Committee of the latest position and progress with the London Cancer Hub.

Content: Councillor Sunita Gordon, Lead Member for Resources made some introductory comments.   The Strategic Director of Finance, Section 151 Officer, introduced the report.    Councillor Garratt proposed an additional resolution that Officers consider options for meanwhile use, with consideration of open space, which was seconded and agreed.   RESOLVED: 1.    That a variation of the Agreement for Lease be agreed, to allow for the recommended site boundary change as shown plan as set out at Appendix A    That authority be delegated to the Strategic Director of Resources and Section 151 Officer to negotiate and agree the detailed terms of the variation based on the financial terms as summarised in Appendix B.   3.    That Officers consider options for meanwhile use, with consideration given to open space.
