Content: To update Committee on the proposals to grant an agreement for lease and a long lease to Your Space, working with the health sector, to redevelop the vacant and derelict property, known as Quarry Cottage in Seears Park, Cheam. Councillor Sunita Gordon, Lead Member for Resources made some introductory comments.   The Director of Assets and Capital Delivery introduced the report.   RESOLVED: That authority be delegated to the Director for Assets and Capital Delivery to approve the lease terms on the Council's behalf, as sole Trustee of the John Seear’s Park Trust, for the grant of a long lease of Quarry Cottage to Yourspace.Sutton for a term of up to 25 years on terms representing best consideration reasonably obtainable, such terms to be supported by an external valuation and in consultation with the Monitoring Officer.
