Purpose:

Content: To modify the existing licence conditions, to include the following:   (i)              The Premises licence holder shall undertake right to work checks on all staff employed at the licensed premises.   (ii)             Documentary Evidence of current right to work status (e.g. a copy of any document checked as part of a right to work check or a clear copy of the online right to work check) shall be retained at the licensed premises for all employees and those who have been employed within the previous 12 months, which are to be available for inspection immediately by any responsible authority upon its request.
