Purpose: To present a comprehensive overview of the progress achieved in implementing the Housing Delivery Strategy Action Plan for 2025/26.   To propose a Housing Delivery Strategy Action Plan for 2026/27, detailing its objectives, planned actions, and expected outcomes, and to seek approval for its adoption.

Content: To present a comprehensive overview of the progress achieved in implementing the Housing Delivery Strategy Action Plan for 2025/26.   To propose a Housing Delivery Strategy Action Plan for 2026/27, detailing its objectives, planned actions, and expected outcomes, and to seek approval for its adoption. Housing Delivery Strategy Update and Action Plan 2026/27 RESOLVED: That Cabinet: (a) notes the latest progress against the Housing Delivery Strategy Action Plan 2025/26, undertaken by a range of officers across the council. (b) adopts the updated Housing Delivery Strategy 2022-2028 (c) reviewed and adopts the proposed Action Plan for 2026/27 (d) delegates to the Director of Housing and Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Property and Housing, the ability to make minor amendments to the strategy and action plan documents as required
