Content: It was RESOLVED that:   a)              the new Housing Enforcement Policy 2026-31 at Appendix 1 to the report be adopted, to take effect from 15 April 2026; and   b)              the Director – Neighbourhood be granted delegated authority to make minor changes to the adopted Policy to comply with legislation, guidance and good practice.
