Content: Consideration was given to proposals to simplify and strengthen the trading governance arrangements for North East Museums. The report sought Cabinet approval to establish a single combined trading company to replace existing arrangements, improving efficiency and governance.   RESOLVED: i)                 Cabinet approved the proposal to create a single combined trading company for North East Museums.   The above decision was made for the following reason: a)                 To ensure efficient and effective governance of North East Museums.
