Content: Consideration was given to the approval of the School Term Dates for the 2027/28 academic year, enabling schools, parents and stakeholders to plan effectively. The report sought Cabinet agreement to the proposed calendar, which aligns with neighbouring local authorities and statutory requirements.   RESOLVED: i)                 Cabinet agreed the dates set out in the School Term Dates for 2027/28 as attached to the report.   The above decision was made for the following reason: a)                 To allow future planning to take place. b)                 To make effective and efficient use of Local Authority resources.
