Content: Sale of a Council owned property, receipt to be reinvested in the Property Investment Strategy. To approve the disposal of 13 Church Street shops on the terms outlined in Appendix 1. To authorise the disposal of this non-strategic investment property in accordance with the advice of the council’s external property advisers as the asset no longer fulfils the criteria to be retained as an asset managed within the Council’s Property Investment Strategy.  Not to proceed with disposal - This would mean property management would need to continue and it could mean further repair and maintenance costs in the future.  With the roof in a poor state of repair, these costs are likely to be significant.
