Content: Resolved that   (a)       the transfer of the freehold of the Walton Centre for the Community and the Cobham Centre for the Community to the Walton on Thames Charity (1185959) ‘Walton Charity’ be approved;   (b)       authority be delegated to the Strategic Director (Place and Community), in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Community Care, the Head of Finance and the Head of Legal & Governance, to finalise the negotiations for the transfer of the properties; and   (c)        authority be delegated to the Head of Legal and Governance to complete all necessary documentation for the transfer.
