Content: AGREED: that the Floating Support Service contracts to The Salvation Army (Contract 1) and Codi Group Ltd (Contract 2) with both contracts to commence on 1st June 2026.     ·        To appoint contractors to deliver housing-related floating support services to vulnerable people facing homelessness in Cardiff.   ·        To comply with the prescribed commissioning and procurement legislation and processes and following the evaluation of all tenders received.   ·        To award the contracts to the successful tenderers.
