Purpose: Approval is given to proceed with the tender for the Comprehensive Options Appraisal, Value for Money Assessment, and Conditional Follow-On Support for the Repairs & Servicing Contract, in accordance with the approved specification and procurement requirements. For this procurement exercise, the Council will not commission the Legal team to draft a bespoke form of contract or Council specific terms and conditions in advance of the tender being issued. Instead, tenderers will be invited to submit bids on the basis that, should the tender be awarded, the Council will enter into contract using the successful supplier’s standard terms and conditions, as submitted through the tender process.
