Purpose:

Content: That the the application to vary the Premises Licence of the Blue Bell, Conwy be granted, subject to the usual Mandatory conditions and the conditions already attached to the Premises Licence and in addition to this, the following new conditions shall be imposed:   (i)        The Premises Licence Holder shall implement and maintain the written “Internal and Garden Noise Policy” (including the amendments made);   (ii)      Live Music events in the outside area shall not exceed 15 in any one year;   (iii)     The outside bar shall be closed no later than 23:00 hours;   (iv)     Live Music events in the outside area shall end no later than 20:00 hours
