Content: It was agreed to delegate to the Licensing Sub-Committee and to licensing officers those functions delegated to the Licensing Committee under the Gambling Act 2005, and to do so in accordance with the table of delegations set out at Appendix 4 to the Council’s Gambling Policy Statement adopted by Council on 24 October 2024, and which came into effect on 31 January 2025.
