Content: The Assistant Director Housing has approved the award of a contract for the delivery of a Refuge for Women Fleeing Domestic Abuse to Wirral Women and Childrens’ Aid with a contract term of two years, with the option to extend the contract by a further two years, as the highest scoring tenderer in accordance with the Most Advantageous Tender criteria at an estimated contract cost of  £978,128  based on a four year term.
