Purpose:

Content: *RESOLVED –   1.   That the updated Senior Pay Policy Statement for 2026 -2027, as set out in Appendix A of the officer’s report, be endorsed.   That it be recommended to Full Council that;   2.   The updated Senior Pay Policy Statement for 2026 - 2027 be approved.   3.   Authority be delegated to the Monitoring Officer to make consequential amendments to the constitution arising from the updated Senior Pay Policy Statement 2026 - 2027.   REASON FOR DECISIONS   The Council has a statutory duty under the Localism Act to publish an annual Senior Pay Policy Statement and keep it under review to ensure transparency and compliance with statutory requirements.
