Content: Approval of Award for Little Dorrit Park improvements - Gateway 2 Contract That:   1.  The award of the Little Dorrit Park construction works contract to Warwick Landscapes Ltd (Warwick Landscapes) in the sum of £751,067.24 for a period of 20 weeks commencing on 22 June 2026 be approved by the Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure.    2.  The allocation of a client contingency of £112,660.08. To address items identified in paragraph 41 and delegates approval of expenditure of the contingency fund to the Director of Leisure be approved by the Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure.
