Purpose:

Content: To approve the refocused Berinsfield Community Delivery Plan (BCDP) 2026 as attached in appendix one.   To delegate authority to the Director of Communities to make operational changes to the Berinsfield programme. This could include bidding for external funding and accepting funding (in line with the constitution) for delivery, project budget allocation or expenditure, agreeing minor amendments to the programme and any ancillary documents connected to the Berinsfield Community Delivery Plan 2026.   To approve entering into funding agreement to accept £30,000 from Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) to support the delivery of project 6 of the Berinsfield Community Delivery Plan 2026. (A supplementary estimate of £30,000 to South Oxfordshire District Council’s 2026-27 budget).
