Content: 1.    Approved the establishment of a 2026-2027 supplementary budget of £2,044,630 for HAF fully funded from the Children, Families and Youth Grant. 2.    Approved the grant payments of £1,563,626 are made in both 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 to partner organisations in line with the conditions of grant and financial regulations.
