Purpose: To gain approval for establishment of supplementary budgets based on allocation of the fund across themes and payment of grants for local delivery.

Content: Approved the establishment of required supplementary capital budgets of up to £1.5 million in line with the funding allocation.    Approved the payment of grants as required for delivery of activity Grants will be awarded to businesses successful applying to the Vibrant High St scheme, to The Way Youth Zone and Lincoln Green Tenants and Residents Association. These are detailed further in Section 2.
