Purpose: Following the tender and procurement process for DGLAM Café. are the successful tenderers. The previous licence for DGLAM café was also with as the licensee. This licence ended 31/03/2026. This licence will have a start date of 01/04/2026. The main overarching terms of the licence are as follows: - Licence term: 01/04/2026-31/03/2029 Licence Period: Monday-Friday 10:00-17:00 Saturday 10:00-16:00 Licence fee: Turnover fee: of Gross turnover minus the Licence fee. Repairs and maintenance: Licensee to insure, repair & maintain and service the licensee’s equipment.
