Content: Appendix B is not for publication as it contains confidential Legal Advice pursuant to paragraph 16 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972     AGREED: that the awarding of an interim contract to the incumbent provider for High Need supported accommodation provision funded by the Housing Support Grant until Phase 3 commissioning process is completed be authorised. The awarding of this contract is to take effect from 1 April 2026 for a period of up to 37 months.   ·  To fulfil the local authority's responsibility to secure services that meet the requirements of Welsh Government's Housing Support Grant Guidance.   ·  To maintain continuity of vital accommodation and support services for some of the city’s most vulnerable residents while the necessary commissioning processes are undertaken to ensure compliance with procurement legislation
