Content: Appendix 1 is exempt from publication as per Schedule 12A, Part 4, of the Local Government Act 1972, paragraph 14.     AGREED: that the variation in the amount of £2,226,096 in respect of the construction of the two new buildings for Ysgol Cynefin via the SEWSCAP3 Framework Agreement, to Kier Construction Limited be approved.   To enable the contract sum to be updated and final payments to be submitted to contractors.
