Public Health (a) Commissioning and Quality (b) Health Improvement (c) Health Intelligence (d) Health Protection’   Page 35 refers   Decision: Extend the Domestic Abuse Outreach Service Contract for a further 12 months (as permitted within the contract terms), to 30 September 2027. Reasons for the Decision: The contract includes an extension clause permitting an extension of up to two years, covering any period up to and including the full two?year duration. As the service is currently in the first extension year (1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026), this decision provides additional time to review potential delivery models and develop future commissioning intentions.   The Domestic Abuse Strategy refresh was presented at Cabinet April 2026. Following Cabinet approval this is now being implemented. Extending the contract therefore enables any subsequent changes arising from the refreshed strategy to be reflected in future service design and provision.
