To propose a Housing Delivery Strategy Action Plan for 2026/27, detailing its objectives, planned actions, and expected outcomes, and to seek approval for its adoption.

Content: RESOLVED: a)    To note the latest progress against the Housing Delivery Strategy Action Plan 2025/26, undertaken by a range of officers across the council. b)    To adopt the updated Housing Delivery Strategy 2022-2028 c)    To adopt the proposed Action Plan for 2026/27 d)    To delegate to the Director of Housing and Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and Planning Development Management, the ability to make minor amendments to the strategy and action plan documents as required.
