Purpose:

Content: The Assistant Director of Environmental Services submitted a report to seek approval for the allocation of S106 funds for green infrastructure improvements from the development on land known as Old Council Offices, High Street, Garstang PR3 1EB.   Decision   The Street Scene, Parks and Open Spaces Portfolio Holder agreed:   ·       That approval be given for the allocation of £29,099.01 to Garstang Town Council for green infrastructure improvements (GI) via the S106 obligation relating to planning permissions 16/00550 and 20/00618/FULMAJ.   ·       That the Council’s 2026/27 Capital programme be amended to include this transfer of S106 funds to Garstang Town Council for green infrastructure improvements.
