Decision The Street Scene, Parks and Open Spaces Portfolio Holder agreed: · That approval be given for the allocation of £29,099.01 to Garstang Town Council for green infrastructure improvements (GI) via the S106 obligation relating to planning permissions 16/00550 and 20/00618/FULMAJ. · That the Council’s 2026/27 Capital programme be amended to include this transfer of S106 funds to Garstang Town Council for green infrastructure improvements.
