Content: Contract award to create two 20 place SEND units for primary phase pupils with autism at Brackenbury and Wormholt Primary Schools, 1.     Appendices 1, 2, and 3, and Annex 1 are not for publication on the basis that they contain information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).   2.     That the Executive Director of People’s Services, in consultation with the Deputy Leader, approve the following: A contract award to the Preferred Supplier, identified in Appendix 1 for the Contract Award Value included in Appendix 1 (the “Contract Award Value”), which includes a project contingency identified in Appendix 1. An additional programme contingency of 10%, which may be used to fund any necessary variations and contract costs.
