Purpose: Having consulted with the Executive Director of Corporate Resources, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Assets and Transformation (as successor to the Cabinet Member for Finance and Change) and the Cabinet Member for Nature, Climate and Waste Reduction (as successor to the Cabinet Member for Environment and Planning): To exercise the Council’s three-year extension option (commencing on 1st October 2026) under its contract with EDF Energy Ltd (EDFE) for the sale of electricity.
