The proposed restrictions sought to mitigate the impact of potentially obstructive on-street parking and thereby ensure that vehicles do not obstruct or block the safe passage of refuse vehicles and emergency service vehicles from access. The proposed restrictions sought to benefit the safety for all road users in this location.
