Content: Recommendation from Cabinet to Council:   1.2      To approve, subject to planning permission, the allocation of £547,900.68 S106 Community Facilities monies (plus accrued interest) to Westhampnett Parish Council, as detailed in Section 4 of this report.   1.3      That Council delegates to the Divisional Manager for Communities & Customer Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Communities and Wellbeing, the release of monies.
